At GTV, we pay special attention to the quality of our services and products, which is confirmed by numerous references, certificates, awards, distinctions, and cooperation with universities.

Our activities are complex and relate to many areas, therefore the Research, Development and Production Division consists of three departments – R&D, Confection, and Joinery. The greatest value of the team is people, both experienced specialists and operational employees, who are not afraid of challenges, systematically strive to improve the standard of work and the quality of the final product.

Karol Matusz Director of the Research, Development and Production Division

A graduate of the Faculty of Wood Technology at Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He has been professionally associated with the furniture industry since 2004. He has been in the GTV team since 2010.

His hobbies include: furniture design and manufacturing, two-wheeled motoring, basketball, woodworking tools and machinery, and DIY.

Marcin Sałek
Head of the Research and Development Department

Marcin Sałek Head of the Research and Development Department

A graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Lublin University of Technology. He has been in the furniture industry since 2006. He has been in GTV since 2012.

Hobbies: books (favourite genres are crime fiction and fantasy), motor sports enthusiast (especially F1 racing), chess, bridge and Go

Adam Ciesielski Head of the Lighting Team in the Research and Development Department

A graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology (Lighting Technology Department). He has been professionally associated with the lighting technology industry since 1996. He has been in the GTV team since 2015.

Mateusz Przychodzki
Joinery Foreman

Mateusz Przychodzki Joinery Foreman

A graduate of the Forest Technical School in Ruciane-Nida. He has been associated with the furniture industry since August 2009. He is in the GTV team since March 2023.

His hobbies include: furniture production, DIY wooden garden architecture and tourism.

Michał Woźniak

Michał Woźniak Head of the Furniture Accessories Team in the Research and Development Department

A graduate of the Faculty of Wood Technology at Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He inherited his passion for joinery from his father and grandfather, who were both joiners. He has been actively associated with the furniture industry since 2010. He has been in the GTV team since 2015.

Hobbies: design and manufacture of custom-made furniture, automotive.

Daniel Jankowski
Head of the Confection Department

Daniel Jankowski Head of the Confection Department

A graduate of Lublin University of Technology, Warsaw University of Technology and Warsaw School of Economics. He has been associated with manufacturing since his youth, in the GTV Team since 2018 as a head of the Confection Department.

His hobbies include: genealogy, home finance and camping.

Monika Księżopolska-Gocalska
Certification Team Leader

Monika Księżopolska-Gocalska Certification Team Leader

Graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Warsaw (Department of Chemical Technology). She has been involved with issues of quality research, intellectual property and legal requirements for several years. Since 2022 in the GTV crew.

Hobbies: playing basketball, yoga, books and films (women’s fiction, crime fiction).

In the Research and Development Department, we deal with creating concepts for new products, developing their manufacturing techniques and carrying out the tests necessary to verify the quality of the assortment.

The commitment of the R&D team results in the continuous expansion of GTV offer with innovative products that meet customer needs and expectations.

Our work includes periodic testing at accredited test centres, certification (CE, B), and improving the offer in terms of ecology and safety for a user.

Confection department

We deal with broadly understood work on goods offered by the GTV brand. All modifications, improvements, personalisation, marking, repairs, co-operations are our daily business.

The scope of work carried out

Production (lighting confection)

Completion of power supply sets for LED lighting based on products from the offer.
Building complete personalised LED sets based on the customer’s concept.

Confection of furniture accessories

Completion of accessory bags for factories.
Completion of sets with accessories from the offer.

Personalisation

Repackaging of goods according to customer’s specifications.
Interference in the product according to customer’s orders.

Labelling

Applying labels to the product.

Branding clothing

Applying graphics to the workwear from the offer.

Joinery

In our workshop, we produce display furniture for our own needs. We have a creative design team and skilled production employees.Together, we find original technological solutions to meet our customers’ expectations. We can personalise virtually all shop and display furniture.

Cutting on a SAWTEQ B-300 Homag panel saw.
Sticking labels on each element.
Edge banding on the EDGETEQ S-380 Homag according to the guidelines on the label.
Drilling and milling on the BHX055 Homag.
Making drilling and milling to mount the body and required fittings.

We also deal with the installation and pre-adjustment of fittings, product quality control, dispatch of display furniture and its assembly at the customer’s site.
