Product description
One of the most important parts of sliding systems is the lower track or, as you can call it, the "running profile". Its principle of operation is quite simple. This track relieves the rollers of the wardrobe door. It also keeps the cabinet door in parallel planes. A common feature of this type of profiles are two guide grooves on which the trolleys are based. The shape of these slots is optimally adapted to the roller flange. The shape of these raceways is optimally adapted to the contact surface of the trolley. Guide raceways are resistant to static and dynamic loads. It is also worth remembering about the correct assembly. Before installing the lower guide track, the perpendicularity of the floor must be checked. Can be used with a decorative grille. Before installing the PRO track and installing the cabinet door, a lower positioner should be installed.
- optimal anode coating thickness of 10-15 μm;
- a groove along the track to facilitate the making of mounting holes;
- additional treatment processes to help keep the coating clean;
- corrosion resistance;
- for use with the bottom positioner
- easy processing and assembly;
- durable and environmentally friendly;
- the shape of the raceway is optimally adapted to the contact surface of the trolley;
- can be used with a decorative grille.
