Product description
One of the most important parts of sliding systems is the lower track. Its principle of operation is quite simple. The treadmills on which the lower carriages move carry loads from the wings of the cabinet. In most cases, this type of profile has two guide raceways on which the trolleys are based. The shape of these raceways is optimally adapted to the contact surface of the trolley. Guide raceways are resistant to static and dynamic loads. It is also worth remembering about the correct assembly. Before installing the lower guide track, the perpendicularity of the floor must be checked. A common solution is the use of an additional strip mounted under the lower track, which eliminates noise and the accumulation of dirt.
The EVO 2 bottom track is available with gaskets that are mounted under the profile itself and prevent unnecessary noise and dirt. It should also be borne in mind that the profile is fixed on a plastic clip and does not require drilling holes in the aluminum element. We recommend keeping the lower track clean.
