Marketing Department
Marketing consists of four teams: Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing and Creation Department, which together implement the multi-channel business strategy of the company.

We have our own photo/video studio equipped with professional cameras, lighting and sound equipment, - We work closely with domestic and international sales departments and support our foreign companies located in Croatia, Spain and the Czech Republic,
- We listen to the voice of our customers and improve their experience along the entire contact path with the product, the brand and our services,
- We are distinguished by creativity in creating a content and a high aesthetic sense. We are also no stranger to data analysis in Excel.
- We analyse market data and on their basis we co-create distribution strategies and design trading tools, such as promotions or loyalty programmes,
- We create advertising concepts using best practices at the interface of ATL, BTL, direct marketing, online advertising (Google Ads), social media marketing,
- We take care of the consistency of the visual identity of the designed materials, both in electronic, paper (e.g. packaging, instructions, catalogues, templates) and display versions (e.g. POS, showrooms, exhibition advertising),
- We are responsible for building the content: product descriptions, videos and photos,
- We manage the content of our corporate websites and online shops.
Logistics Department
The Logistics Department plays a key role in the efficient operation of our company, particularly in the production, distribution and trade sectors.
- We have a fully computerized Distribution Center in Moszna-Parcela and our own warehouses in Pruszków.
- We focus on cooperation, effectiveness, openness to new challenges and innovative thinking.

Sales Department
The Sales Department is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets. It works with customers to understand their needs and business goals.
- We cooperate with wholesale market distributors, Polish and international retail chains, as well as the industrial market, where we serve the largest furniture factories around the world, but also smaller furniture manufacturers.
- Every day we build long-term business relationships based on professional advice and mutual trust.

Research, Development and Production Department
The R&D department deals with the creation and improvement of new and existing products. It is crucial for the development and innovation of GTV.

Once a job advertisement is published, the collection of applications from candidates begins.
1. Selection of submitted CVs, cover letters and other application documents.
2. First contact with selected candidates.
Our HR department contacts selected candidates by phone for additional verification of the application and an invitation to an interview.
3. Online meeting with selected candidates.
At this stage we meet with selected candidates. We use a video call, in the Teams application. The interview includes a meeting with the future supervisor and an employee of the HR department. During the interview, we talk about the job position. The candidate answers our questions and tells us more about his/her qualifications, experience and motivation. This stage of the recruitment process may also include competence tests (e.g. language tests). There is also time for questions from the candidate himself/herself.
4. Meeting with selected candidates at the company headquarters.
At this stage we meet with the selected candidates at GTV headquarters in Pruszków, ul. Przejazdowa 21 or at our Distribution Centre located at MLP Pruszków II park, Moszna-Parcela 29, hall D1. We verify competencies through a behavioural interview and clarifying questions. This stage of recruitment may require the preparation and presentation of a recruitment task in front of a potential supervisor.
5. Feedback.
Once the person we want to hire has been selected, candidates receive feedback. Firstly, the successful candidate is informed about the positive outcome of the recruitment process. Secondly, the other candidates are also informed about the completed recruitment process.
6. Making an offer to the candidate.
Once the candidate has been selected, the HR department makes an offer of employment.
